This policy explains what information TechAxis Intelligence LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website, how it is handled, and how to reach us about it.
What you send us
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Your company name, if you choose to provide it
- Your description of the business process you would like to improve
We also record the date and time of your submission. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the form.
How we use it
We use this information to read and respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions in a Cloudflare database that only we can access. Cloudflare also processes ordinary request data, such as IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs in your browser on the contact form to check that a submission comes from a person. It receives limited browser and connection information for that purpose, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
- Resend, an email delivery service, sends us an email notification that contains the details you submitted so that we see your inquiry promptly.
- Your inquiry is then handled in our own email account.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools. We do not set our own cookies, and fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party. Third-party services on the contact form, such as Turnstile, may use browser storage as described in their own policies.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including aaratid.com, the TechAxis Advisors website, the TechAxis One website, and our solutions site (solutions.techaxisintelligence.com). They open in a new tab and have their own privacy practices. We receive nothing from them when you click.
Booking a call
The "Book a 30-minute discovery call" button opens a scheduling page run by a separate provider. Booking there is independent of the contact form, and that provider's privacy terms apply to anything you enter on their page. We do not receive any information from the button until you book.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, email aarati@techaxisintelligence.com. We will respond to reasonable requests.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
